2. You have two equal glasses, one with milk and one with water. First, you take a teaspoon from the milk and add it to the water and stir. Then, you take a teaspoon of the mixed liquid from the water glass and add it back to the milk. Which one is more contaminated? Explain
They are both equaly contaminated. Suppose you add 10 ml of milk to the 100 ml glass of water. The water glass is then 9.09% contaminated. If you then add 10 ml of that mixture (9.09% water) back into the 90 ml glass of milk, you end up with 9.091 ml of water and 90.909 ml of milk.
3. A girl has as many brothers as sisters, but each brother has only half as many brothers as sisters. How many boys and girls are in the family?
